Need a movie title
The movie centered on a young woman in a farm house. There were two brothers, one was real smart and one was mentally challenged. I remember the bad guy terrorized the girl in several ways, like putting a container of blood in her refrigerator and chloroforming her at night to take pictures of her. The killer would kill his victims by tying them up by their ankles and slitting their throats. This was the same way that pigs on the farm were slaughtered. He also had a room where he would keep trophies or pictures of his victims. The brother who was mentally challenged was blamed, but naturally he was innocent and ended up saving the day. I saw this movie on Joe Bob Briggs Drive in Theatre and I missed the first five minutes of the movie. I have wanted to know the title of this movie for years now. Please help.
