You can get rid of cellulite by doing exercises with dumbells everyday. You should use at least 2-4 pound dumb bells to get a toned look. You can try doing arm curls, and also look up videos on the internet. Here are some pilates ones YouTube - pilates arms. Try increasing the amount of reps as you get better. Another thing you can do is modified push ups which are easier than regular ones. The only differemce is that your knees are on the floor and your legs are either up in the air or flat on the floor. |
