    Husbands debts
    My husband of 35 years has left me and returned to live in Italy. He has left debts on loans, credit cards, mortgage. Am I responsible for his debts.

    Cash withdrawal
    My husband withdrew £26k from our mortgage reserve account (without my knowledge) before he left me and went back to Italy. Am I responsible for this debt

    You need to talk to a solicitor and file for divorce. The divorce proceedings will dictate all this,
