EX is for a reason. Ex meaning it is OVER. YOU need to let go of this and stop sleeping with him. YOU need to stop obsessing because that is exactly what you are doing. No wrong intended but it is time to get a life. Go out volunteer, do things you enjoy and regain your identity without this so called ex.

Concentrate on your life without him, and change your circle of friends.

    You WILL get over him.

You could also you could try talking to your so called "best friend" tell her that although he is your ex is upsets you to see her flirt with him, if she is true friend she will understand.

Please stop sleeping with him, it will destroy any confidence you have left and you are worth much more than that. There are plenty more fish in the sea, so go fishing girl!
