    Old Kid's Cartoon
    I'm trying to remember this cartoon from late 80's/ early 90's.
    As far as I can remember it involves these small people who lived near the ocean and they protect(?) the coral in the ocean from a witch(?) and her buddy who I thnk lived in a submarine or something similar. I often remember these little people climbing into the mouths of pelicans to serve and protect but I just can't seem to find anything on it!!
    I'm only asking because one of my friends is in the same boat and we remembr the same bits about the program so I know I didn't dream it up one night lol!
    Any help would be geat, its been wrecking our heads for over 8 years lol!! :D

    They have magic coral that keeps them young that the evil lady (Emma) wants. Emma and her 2 hench men live on a giant boat. And yes! The suntots, did sometimes ride in pelicans as well as on top of pelicans.
