    Hi all:

Here is an image of a chain fall (1st image) and a 2 ton come along (2nd image). Both can be rented at any tool rental store. Both work very well if used properly.

I would use Marks chain hoist. Along with the chain hoist you will need a chain hoist tripod, (see image) to mount it on. Good luck, Tom

Sewer Ejector Pump Issues [ 5 Answers ]

I purchased a house 7 years ago that had a Sewer Ejector Pump. For 5 1/2 years, we had no issues with the pump. In July 2007 (1 1/2 years)our pumps were not working and we had them replaced. We spend $6000 on a new system which included new chamber, with dual pumps, alarm system, etc. IN Oct...

Clogged sewer ejector pump [ 1 Answers ]

I saw a similar question brought up before. We have a sewer ejector pump (lift station) that has to transfer waste quite a ways across the street. Our pump frequently has issues and we have to have it cleaned 2-3 times a year minimum due to grease, float switch getting stuck and so forth. We now...

Smell unstoppable from sewer ejector. [ 10 Answers ]

We finished our basement which included adding a bathroom and a sewer ejector, but there is no defeat of the smell coming from the ejector. Not a plumber, I will do my best to describe our layout. Pretty simple actually. A downstairs full bathroom and utility room. All waste runs no more...

Commercial sewer auger [ 2 Answers ]

I would like to know how difficult it is to use a (rental) commercial sewer auger to clear a pipe that runs from the house (actually, from a clean-out installed when this was done several years ago by a professional "rotorooter") to the septic tank (which was pumped three weeks ago). I have had...
