My son's dad lives with me we aren't dating and we never have he used to tell me he was to scared to date anyone because his ex hurt him so bad now we don't really talk about it but he says he don't think we should date we are sleeping together and we are not seeing other people he told half his family and my mom that he loves me but he has never told me I love him but I haven't said it ethier I don't get why he won't date me I'm still pregnant with our son and he treats me really good he kind of treats me like his girlfriend I don't know what to think does it sound like he loves me?
