As far as know the follicolitis is a inflammation of one or more hair follicles, this can be cause by friction from clothing, shaving, which can cause blockage of follicles. The damaged follicles then get infected with staph (bacteria), this can cause rashes, pimples and itching. Avoid shaving if possible, or use a new razor eah time, minimize friction from clothes, looser pants, use of skirts, no pantyhose, and keep are infected, clean!
