I make $3600.00 a month and my exwife (who I have two children with) is taking me back to court for more child support but I have a second family with one child (newborn). How much will I have to pay?

First you having a wife and a child has no bearing on it what so ever.

You state will have rules and guidelines so only your local attorney knows what the local jugdes normally do. I have friends who pay well over 1000 a month.

First of all, it depends on how much money you made when the current child support was set (whether less or more). Second, it depends on how much she is making now. If your ex-wife is not working at all, the courts will base her pay amount according to her last job.

The courts go according to your disposable income.
