I do not have sex but my periods are always irregular. For about 4-5 days str8 my nipples have been rock hard, sore, and sensitive to touch, and I don't know why. Plus I experience heavy vaginal discharge 365 days of the year. What is the problem do I need to see a doctor?

If you are concerned definatley see your doctor. No questions about it, anytime you are worried, doctors are the best bef for you.

But to me it sounds like you have heavy discharge like I do, which can be normal as long as its not foul smelling or 'cheesy'

Your nipples may or may not be sore and hard and sensitive during a period. Some periods may cause it, some may not.
