    If a person spouce have a criminal record and lives in this country illegally can it prevent him from gaining custody of her child from a different relationship

    If the spouse is here illegally, how do you presume that an adoption could be done legally?

    Where is the child's biological father? Has he been identified through DNA testing by the court? Does he have any legal rights to the child?
