    Housing rights
I left an abusive 6 1/2 year relationship and moved in with my mom a week ago, upon her request. Now my brother and I are not getting along she wants me out by tomorrow. I moved back to Florida because she said I was welcome here. Isn't there some kind of law that allows me to stay for a certain amount of time and how long is that?
    What are my rights?

You could tell your mom she made you a non-rent paying resident and she must go through the legal steps to evict you. The next several weeks will likely be hell so good luck with this.
