    Can a creditor seize an IRA?
    When filing for banckrupcy can a creditor seize any or all of your assets?

    Depends. If you declare bankruptcy then you can shield up to $1 million of your IRA. Individual states also have laws that may limit your exposure even if you don't declare bankruptcy, so it depends where you live.
