    Changing a deed
    My dad is82 and wants to put his in my husbands and my name(daughter) he wants to save us money down the road in his will he has left us the house but doesn't know if it would be cheaper to just put it in our name now or leave it alone

    Depends, first is the house paid off, or is there a mortgage ?

    Next where do you live, what nation, US, Candad or more
