    Pregnant girlfriend and I want a divorce
    So Ive been married for almost 3 years this coming January but I just recently found out that my husband was cheating and got the girl pregnant... she wants to keep it and he wants to stay with her but the problem is that here in February I have to reapply for my residency card because I only got it for 2 years can I get divorce even though its right around the corner or should I just wait to finish everything

    If you got your CR, and you have a bona fide marriage, you can divorce and file for a 751 with a waiver of the joint filing requirement. Get good evidence of cohabitation (living together) and co-mingling funds (shared income and expenses).
