Oh wow, I pictured adult chicken, not fluffy little babies. That is just sick either way, getting them euthanised humanely would not cost them that much.
But the company also noted that "instantaneous euthanasia" — a reference to killing of male chicks by the grinder — is a standard practice supported by the animal veterinary and scientific community.
I will definitely be sending them a strongly worded e-mail, whether they bother listeing or not! |
