    Wage garnishment one state allows one state does not
    If I live in Texas where they do not allow wage garnishments for personal debt, but my Corporate Company payroll is in California. Can they still garnish my wages?

    Do you also work in TX? Itrs not where you live or where their corp headquarters are located, its where you work that determines the law in effect.
