    Query regarding deciding interview date/time
    Hi

I have one doubt, recently I received one mail from one of my prospective employer. He asked if the date and time given by him to discuss about the job, is okay with me. In return I asked him if we can discuss on the same the very next day, i.e. one day ahead of the date he gave to me.

I did it because he asked for the day just next to when he mailed me. I wanted to have some time to prepare for the telephonic interview.

Did I do right ? Because I didn't get any response mail. I hope I didn't make any blunder, saying my convenient date.

Please clear my doubt and help on the same. And tell me what should I do now ?

    Thanks in advance :)

    Hi, anu1011!

It probably would be best for you to be exercising some patience here. By him asking you if the date was okay, that was giving you an option. You might want to call to make sure that he got you letter, or were these communications by email, please?

Are you the only candidate for the position?

    Thanks!

    Thanks Clough for your advise.

The communication was made through email. And I don't have any idea about the number of potential candidates for the job.
Thanks though. Lets hope for something good.
