So I was in a child's daycare with my girlfriend and her sister (she really doesn't have a sister) but her sister was younger than her probably about 12 I'd say, obviously too old to be in a kiddy day care... but anyway. I was talking to my gf's sister because my girlfriend was ignoring me, just not talking to me at all, and their mother came in drunk and I asked the sister if her mom was drunk and she said yes like it was nothing new, like she's always drunk... which is weird because she hardly actually drinks and I've never seen her drunk.
But anyway my girlfriend asks her mom where she was and she says something about a party and alcohol and lots of it, so my girlfriend gets up to go to this party without saying anything to me. So I asked the sister where she was going and she said "where do you think?" I said, To get drunk? And she nodded her head again like it was nothing new..

So I felt really angry at my girlfriend because she went to go drink, and because I wasn't even there. But that's the end

Have you been to a party recently with your girlfriend? Or, maybe are you planning on going to a party with your girlfriend where her mother has some concerns about the party, please?

Of course I've been to parties with her, I didn't mention that we're in college so it's not that out of the ordinary.. but she normally doesn't get drunk. I know her mom worries about her drinking but she kind of supports it I want to say. Her mom offers her a drink every time they're together now it seems and every time she days "here you have one, no I promise it's no big deal, but i'm not condoning it" but almost every time she refuses the drink.


I think this may have something to do with like not really an argument we had but she kkind of dissapointed me when it came to drinking?

Although this was two months ago, your dream reflects how you felt about your girlfriend--and yourself. "it's as if" your girlfriend is not only in a "place" for kiddies, but she's younger (sister) and too old to be in a place or space like that. The mom part suggests that the authority figure is behaving in an out of control way--inappropriately. You seem to be in touch with all of these feelings--your dream is affirming that--you have a wiser perspective than your girlfriend or her mom--honor that--have an honest talk about drinking with your girlfriend. Many college age drunks act like they're little kids.
