    Briggs & Stratton Engine
    Is this Briggs &Stratton engine a fixed speed 125K05-0186 engine (meaning you cannot control throtle speed.

    Hi,
    No way to tell. Any of the newer engines can be because there is a tab on the control that can be bent to hold them at operating speed.
