    Snapper mower repair
I have an electric start push mower. It has been sitting up for 18 months (aprox.) I have replaced the battery. However it does not turn over at all. I removed the cover and sprayed engine start in the carb. I used the pull start and it ran as long as the fluid was in the carb. The fuel is flowing to the carb. I removed the fuel line. I guess you could say I have 2 problems. I would appreciate any direction. Thanks

Would that be 18 months with fuel in the tank? If so dump it and rinse out the tank and fuel line with fresh gas bought recently. I would drop the carb bowl and flush that too. Operate the float to see if fuel will flow, you may need a carb boiling.

Can you tell me why or what is draining the power from my battery on my Snapper riding mower? I bought a new battery for the mower. It worked just fine the first mowing. When I go back to start it, it only clicks. I can boost it with another battery and the battery for the mower builds up again.

My rear riding snapper mower pull is not working. The string comes all the way out and does not retract. I have taken the top off and using the same spring tried to put back together properly. It seems as though there is no tension to pull the string back in. Please help me to get the tension back!
