    Insurance fraud?
    A relative of mine has taken an auto accident insurance award for her minor child and spent it for her personal use. Isn't this illegal?

    Do you know all the particulars ? Could be she is using it to benefit her child in some way. How do you know she isn't ? And really, is it any of your business ?
