Can I sue for slander/deflamation of character
I have been with my fiancé for almost a year now. His ex wife and him share a four year old son. His ex wife is constantly saying that I am physically abusing their son, and throws my name around like it's a football. I am extremely upset with the abusive lies because I have a daughter myself and I don't feel it's fair CPS is investigating me CONSTANTLY because she is always making these bogus reports. I also am going to school for my degree in elementary education and these alligations are too much for me. She has broken my spirit and won't stop.

Normally not in small claims court, but you will have to show actual damages, have you been refused a job, have you had legal costs to defend yourself.
