    How can I take ownership of an abandoned home?
    I ran into this home in miami and can't stop thinking about it. The home has been gutted and vandalized. I can't get in contact with the owner but there is a lis pendin on the home and a lien by the county. I go way out of my way just to drive by the home. I even dream about it. Is there a way I can make this property mine?

    Well, you're going to have to find out who owns it and make 'em an offer. You can do that by checking with the county tax assessor.
