Dear Haze, did you do exercise before you get this pain? Sport or maybe too much work or sexual activity? Because if it feel like headache, maybe something wrong with the vain. It happened because wrong position in sex, exercise, or you pick up heavy things, etc. It's all about unsmooth vain and blood circulation. U can take Neurobion pills or Vitanib B complex for this condition.
If you still feel pain until 2 days, better go to the doctor, Haze. Get well soon

No haven't done anything like that, but now the inside on one side of my vagina is raw but I haven't had sex in the past week.
Im not sure if its related could it be from constantly putting talc powder on my vagina.

Why do you put powder on your vagina? Has anyone ever told you that we women have discharge for a reason? It helps to keep out the bacteria, etc.

Putting powder on your vagina is not a healthy idea.

Your vagina is a muscle. We all get muscle pains once in a while whether it be in the back, legs, etc. I've had vaginal pains... nothing to be concerned about.

Now, about the powder. I understand why you use it, but it's not a good idea. We need the moisture to eradicate bacteria from our vaginas. Moisture, in our cases, is a good thing.

Agree! Don't put powder for the vagina. Try to consume neurotropic vitamin, Haze. It's good for stimulation blood circulation and relax the muscle. In Asian drug store we have Neurobion. Sometimes I use it too.
