    Commercial Real Estate Georgia Seller PropertyDisclosure Law
    Would like to know if Seller's lack of disclosure of a previous flooding problem can void our contract. Would like to get out of it because they were a little underhanded and we could not raise enough funds because doing the process the economy changed.

    I don't know if you can or not, but you're going to need a lawyer to do it in any case.

    Of course, if this is simply a purchase, you just don't close and you lose your earnest money... You're going to LOSE it anyway.
