    Resetting Harbor Breeze ceiling fan.
I was on vacation and when I came back my ceiling fan did not work. I was told we had a power outage and I have reset the dip switched but no luck. I don't get light or fan. The wall switch is always on, but I turn the fan & light off by remote. The fan is less than 6 months old.
    ANY SUGGESTIONS??

No reset needed due to power failure but you do need to check for power at the switch box on the wall. Check to be sure you do not have a circuit breaker popped.

Power surge probably fried the remote receiver.

    Does the fan have pullchains?
