    What does Inamorato/Inamorata mean?
Just wondering, my boyfriend told me it meant "A man in love" or "A woman in love", depending on the ending.
I believe it's Spanish or Italian?
Just wanted some feedback because we were thinking of getting it as tattoos. Don't want to if it mean something else...

That's basically right, except the proper spelling would be innamorato(a). It's Italian for in love, and can describe a state (being in love) or a person (he\she who is in love).
