    Harbor Breeze 69" Airspan parts.
I recently purchased the Lowe's floor model of the Harbor Breeze 69" Airspan dual fan ceiling fan, item # 77461. Unfortunately, one of the blades broke and it is missing the remote. I've already contacted Litex (the manufacturer) who gave me a Lowe's #. They told me that parts and the remote are no longer available.

Does anyone know where I could find parts for this ceiling fan?

    Thanks,
    AP

Litex wasn't able to help you? They are the only people who would have parts.

Not really. The first time I called they said no parts were available. The second time, I was able to place an order for the parts, but they said that it could take up to 4 months (if it all). Not sure why. I just saw 2 brand new fans sell on eBay for over $300 each.

    I would keep calling.

    Is this model now discontinued?

It sounded like it. I had Lowe's call around to try and locate one at a different store in the region, but none of them carried the fan any longer. I'll keep calling. Thanks.

I needed parts too. I called Litex and they said that they did not make the 69" Airspan. They then gave me a number to MSG services. 800-444-6742.

They asked for the model number (#77461) and then gave me a price for the part I needed! I asked if they have the part in stock and they said yes. I ordered it. They said that I should have it in 7 - 10 business days. We will see.

I received the most of the parts I needed last week! There was some confusion about the lens being in cluded with the light kit and they are sending out the additional part! Great company!
