    Is there possible jail time for fraud over $5000 in Ontario, Canada?
    My sitaution is a little bit difficult
    To make this short to the point I am legal guardian of my mothers property, I was appointed so, last summer I took out 20 000$ CDN and now a year later charge me and was wondering if I could face jail time

    Sure you could. But, I don't know if you WOULD. You'd have a better chance of NOT going to jail, if you have a very good criminal lawyer.
