First of all, sorry if my English is bad, it's not my primary language.

I need the title for one movie. Story goes something like this.

Movie starts with the strange storm preparing on the Earth, sky is red. Woman is going to hospital to give birth. She gave birth to boy and girl (who is actually an alien princess or something). Several years after (I think it was 16 years later), in their neighborhood came one old woman (actually alien commander of royal guard or something like that, disguised in human) to keep an eye on the girl. The girl has two set of organs, two hearts, four kidneys, and she was never ill. The girl and her brother get close to that old woman, and she tells them who the girl really is. At the same time, on Earth arrives 2 enemy aliens disguised also as grannies and their job is to kill princess. All of aliens are some kind of electrical beings and are afraid of water.

On the end of the movie, girl and her Earth family goes away with the spaceship, only her Earth aunt stays home...

I watched that movie a lots of times when I was a kid, but I can't remember the title. I would really appreciate if someone could help...
