I was in a relationship for about 2 years and 8 months with my girlfriend... like any other relationship we went through ups and downs but we always worked things out...

I love her more than anything in this world but about a month or a month and a half back we were fighting a lot almost everyday... I asked her do you still love me and she said I don't know anymore... I was devastated... she said she wanted a break and to see if her feeling would come back...

She returned from vacation and I told her that I wanted to work things out because I loved her and wanted to be together.. she said that she didn't feel anything for me anymore as a girlfriend

I told I had changed and would show her that I had change.. wa do I do... how can I make things work?

You can't. She has to want to take you back. Nothing can change a woman's mind when something like this happens. The best thing you can do now is disappear from her life and wait for her to contact you (if ever). You contacting her is of no benefit in the long run. Let her figure all this out on her own and don't let her use you while she sorts her head out. A woman will never change her mind based on reason or logic, but only through emotions and feelings. You hounding her and trying to make it work and telling her you love her and need her, etc will only serve to boost her ego and push her to see if she can do better than you.

Her: "Hey, this guy really, really loves me and needs me! Wow, I must be so great, the complete package, a real catch, etc. Maybe I can do better than him. Hmmmm... let's see!

You: Oh crap!

She probably has had these thoughts a lot longer than what you know, and sounds like her mind is made up.

You either accept it, and move on, or waste a lot of time, and effort on a lost cause, and still have to move on.
