    How to do the 'Allowance for Doubtful debt' ledger?
    31/05/20x7 - Allowance for doubtful debts account, $14,658 Cr.
    during June 20x7, wrote off debts of $14,300.
    30/06/07 - unadjusted balance of Accounts Receivable Control, $685,300 Dr.
    June 20x7 - estimated doubtful debts, 2% of accounts receivables.
    accounts balanced at each month end and reporting date 30 June.

    Prepare Allowance for doubtful debt ledger for period 31/05 to 30/06 using T-account format. :confused:
