    Evict, deadbeat son
    How do you evict a 25year old dead beat son how won't go to school, who won't keep a job, and who won't pay rent?

    Evict him just like you would evict a non-paying tenant of an apartment. Try googling "eviction in the state of ....." using your states name. This will give you the proper steps and will take weeks if he doesn't go with the first formal letter.
