    Evicting room-mates
    How do I evict my boyfriend from my apartment? He has been living with me for a year, and although he is not on the lease, all of the bills are in his name, and he pays them.

    If he is not on the lease then you are his landlord and he is your tenant. He is a month to month tenant. So you evict him they way you would any tenant. Just with your local housing court for the process in your area.
