    Does pre paid legal work?
I need help filing some court papers in Washington state and don't have the money to hire an attorney. My ex wife doesn't either and is doing it herself. I just need to know the papers to send so that I can download them and fill them out the filing part is easy . I need to file some declarations and get my case back on the docket to be reheard. Some help would be nice.

Have you tried a Paralegal in your area ? They often times can help with documents and prepare them correctly for the courts. They DO NOT give legal advice so don't expect to get it from them. But if you know the papers you seek to file in a general way they can help with that. Another thing is courts often can help so long as you jump through the hoops they request. They have people at the courthouses that can point you in the right direction.. but remember let the buyer beware because if you file the wrong papers you can sink your own case.
