Oh man I feel for you, we are all here because it happened one way or another to us. The best thing to do is to back off and don't do any silly stuf like stalking her, calling her, sms, email, etc. etc. Try to relax a little bit and come here to vent. Give yourself some days to let the shock wear off. We are here for you, many of us. Everything is going to be allright.

Yes stay calm. Don't start judging her or pointing fingers. Let her speak and listen to what she has to say. She may just want to explain in a better way why she wants to end the relationship. At least give her that. This might help you in the end.

Whenever a woman tells you she needs "SPACE OR A BREAK" from you. Whats happening is that either she is LOSING INTEREST OR SHES ALREADY LOST ALL INTEREST...mostly the latter.

You then told said that then yall were ok: (This ok thing interpreted by me)

Yall was never okay...remember "She needed a break from you." For an extended time before this incident things was NOT okay! You just didn't see it! When she told you she needed a break..."IT WAS OVER THEN." Anything after that was just her weaning herself off of you. Either you got too familiar with this girl or yall spend way too much time together, but whatever the case may be she fell out of love.

There's no winning her back buddy!! Drop her and go NO CONTACT... AND work on yourself... and learn from this experience. Count it as a loss and move on.

I think you see what she says, but fair warning, making her so important in your life, when you are not the same in hers, is a big mistake.
