    Bathroom Plumming
Our bathroom is on the second floor of our house above the kitchen. Every time someone takes a shower it leaks through the ceiling, down the cupboards and on the kitchen counter. We tried re cocking, we have lessened the pressure of the shower and well as different angles to have the shower head. We are not sure what to do now. Please help

This IS a tile shower, right?
About all you can do is open up the ceiling and pinpoint the source. The three most likely spots are. (1) The seal on the drain lip. If the shower floor gives a bit when weight is put on it then the drain seal could be ruptured.
    (2) The tile grout. If the grout between the tiles shrinks and allows water to run down behind the shower pan then you have to regrout the tiles. Or (3) a leak in the trap raiser or the trap. This is unlikely but thought I'd throw it in anyhow.
If this is a manufactured shower and not a custom tile shower I would go for door number one. Also if you think it might be a drain seal then there's no need to open up the ceiling. Good luck, Tom
