I'm having a similar problem. I have a pretty new booster pump (<6 months old) and get plenty of pressure at the cleaner (out the tail and the suction jets). But the wheels don't turn. Do I just have worn parts inside? I'm going to take it apart and have a look, but I was hoping someone on here can narrow it down for me. Or let me know if this is a lost cause and something I'll have to take it in for. Any help would be much appreciated.

I really should have just opened it up first. The hose that carries water from the main feed to the front wheels had come off. It seems to have shrunk a bit over time so I replaced it. Very easy fix.
