Employer changing time sheet after its signed
Hello , was wondering if its illegal for an employee to change your time sheet after its signed , my boss took away 2 of my ot hrs which I worked to cover her and she left in on her time. What can I do this is a problem with me and other workers too. We have brought it to higher supervisors and it usually takes weeks to get it .

Why did she take your hours away and give them to herself? If you "covered" for her, she should have left your hours alone. Did she have permission to leave the work place for the 2 hours? If not, then I'd tell her to "put it back" or you won't be covering for her again in a big hurry. It's only fair. Hopefully she will see it that way, but just in case she doesn't, be prepared to be out on your ear.

    Hello c:

If you brought it to her supervisors, and she's STILL doing it, I'd quit and sue the company in small claims court.
