    Self propelled won't propel
Why won't my train kick in and turn the wheels. The cable is attached and moves. Where do I find the repair book for self propelled. Can I fix this myself?

Sorry. It is a Troy Bilt Briggd & Stratton front wheel self propelled walk behind mower. The wheels don't turn when off the ground, the belt is not broken, and the cable is not broke either. I was mowing and it quit propelling. Nothing is stuck in it either.
