1992 Honda Civic cranks but won't start. No spark!
My car died. It has no spark. I have changed the following parts to resolve this issue with no luck:
Distributor(all internal parts are new)Coil, ICM, everything.
    ECM
    Main Relay
I checked my MAP Sensor, and it is getting between 3 and 5 volts. I ran a jumper wire to get the codes out of my computer, and my check engine light comes on and stays on. It doesn't even give me the initial blink to let me know there is communication. It has done this on the old ECM, and the new one. I am getting 12 volts to my ECM, so I don't know what else it could be. My timing belt is fine. What else could it be? Please help me!

. Test all under dash and under hood fuses with a test light or multi-meter:

Be very thorough or you'll waste a lot of time and money. Pay particular attention to the ACG (ALT) (S) fuse, in the under dash fuse box.

. Clean the main ECM ground (brass connector) on the thermostat housing.

. Check/replace the ignition switch for wear, pitting, or melting:

Does the new ECM's part no. exactly match the old one's?

I checked the ignition. It is good. No cracks or pitting. I cleaned the main ground, and placed it all back together. Still nothing. My computer matches all numbers. All the fuses are good. Anymore advice?

Did you meticulously check ALL under dash and under hood fuses with a test light or multimeter?

I used a multi-meter. I checked every fuse. Are there fusible links that I should be worried about?

My MAP Sensor is getting 5 volts. However, isn't the "signal" wire supposed to show voltage while you are cranking the engine? There is no variation on any wire while I am cranking. None of my vacuum lines are plugged.

There's no need to worry about the signal wire voltage. It will fluctuate, based on the operating needs of the engine.

What significance is it that my check engine light won't blink codes when I put a jumper wire in the Two-Wire connector under the passenger's side of the dash? It doesn't even blink once. As soon as I put in the jumper and turn on the key, it goes on and stays on.

Likely, it just indicates no codes are stored in the ECM.

I solved the problem, finally. It ended up being the distributor after all. I bought a remanufactured one from AutoZone, and it was bad. I bought a brand new one from O'Reillys, and it fired right up. That really was a pain in the rear. I have never bought a bad part before, so I assumed that it was good. Now I know in the future. Thank you for all of your advice. It is greatly appreciated.

Yes, over 50% of all new aftermarket distributors for Hondas at AMHD have been bad. Of those that initially worked, many failed in subsequent months.
