    Changing settlement companies
I signed with a settlement company and I am one month into the process.

I am not real happy with the customer service or the program and wanted to change to another settlement company.

Has anyone done this with success?

It have be hard to change this far into the settlement process. In stead tell this settlement company you would all documentation 7 day inadvance to have it review by your attorney before settlement. This will put them on notice that you intend to reivew their work prior to signing off on the documentation. They only get pay was you sign, not before.

Most of them are junk... ameridebt is the worse, cccs is the best. But your credit will be ruined. Just as if you filed a chapt 13 bankruptcy
