Title in the wrong name
HI there,
So my question is this: My boyfriend bought a truck from his friend, he FINALLY got the title. Well, the bill of sale is in this friend's name, and the title is still in the name of the person that the friend bought it from. Not only that, but he changed the date on the title ((very obvious)). Will this fly when we take it in to get the title changed over? Thanks. |
