    Wedding videographer ignoring me
    Hi All,

I've been struggling with my wedding videographer for several months now. I got married over a year ago and the video has been ready for at least 8 months. There have been some minor changes that we asked for and the videographer made the changes without any hesitation.

However, in our contract it says that he would provide DVD menus with our video. The videos first version had no DVD menus. So we told him about it and he gladely added them in, we picked up the edited video that included the new menus and there was no option to view the entire movie, you could only view by chapters. It has been at least 4 months of back and forth phones just to set up a meeting time so we can pick up the video. When we finally set a date and time, he's not at the studio (this has happened 3 times already), and the next day he comes up with some lame excuse.

We're just wondering what are our legal options. When answering please keep in mind that we live in Canada, and suing is a little harder in CA compared to the US.

Thank you to all who reply.
