I have a 5 year olf Kenmore elite washer that does not spin/agitate or pump water. Took the shell off, pump off, motor off. I left the motor connected to the wiring, tried to spin/agitate, but get no motion on motor, just a buzzing noise. Seems like the motor is bad? Is there any way to test this,...

I have a Kenmore Washing machine that does agitate fully. Whenthe clothes level in the washer is very low it agitates fine. When the level is higher it appears to be agitating but it looks like it is just barely moving. It will not rotate fully.

I have a kenmore model #82380100 Model Super Duty 88 that will not agitate. All else works on the machine, just won't agitate.
