    Kitten with possible eye infection
    Hello,

I have just got a couple of kittens which are now 9 weeks old, a tom and a queen. Izzi the queen seems to have an area to the left of her left eye which has become quite crusty and white/creamy in colour.

Both myself and my partner have become a little concerned about this and have booked and appointment with her at the vets for early next week. Whilst this is causing no visible irritation or disconfort to Izzi, I was wondering if anyone could give me aheads up as to what this could be or being caused by before we go to the vets?

    Many thanks

    Richard

I would call the vet back and ask to be seen ASAP. Anytime you have an eye issue it is ER. The eye can deteriorate very quickly. The sooner you get treatment the better chance you have of saving the eye. Many issues can cause blindness. I do not mean to scare you but it is better to be safe than sorry.

If you don't have the money for a vet use silver drops in the eye. Keep doing this until the infection is cleared up.2. drpending how the kitten does.
