How I add somebody to my deed to the house?
HI, I live in the state of Virginia where I bought my condo several years ago. Recently I married, did not come apart before we get married, my husband asked me if I can add him in the deed to the house. I don't know nothing about with this process. To add him to the deed, we need to the refinance togheter? I may add without refinancing togheter? Is better add him in the deed to the house and mortgage? What is the process to follow? Thanks for your help.
