    Want to file a divorce
    Hi how can I file a divorce here in Texas when my husband left me 5 years ago and went to india he was only suppose to go for a visit and come back and he never did and never called me again.we have no children together and nothing that is in both of our names.

    Hire a lawyer, explain the situation. Divorces where one party cannot be found are a bit more complicated, but not terribly uncommon. Since you have reason to believe he is not in the country, the court should have no problem granting an uncontested divorce.
