    Having judments removed
    Nc judment has been enter due to no response. Third party credit collect has to show proof which they have not. Wife was served be sheffif, how never make me ware that we were served until after response time had expired. Note I was never served as co signer. What is by best course of action

    If your wife was served, that is legal service. Your best course of action (only course of action, most likely) is to pay off the judgment. Your spouse's neglect is not a defense in court.
